Helping children with disabilities.
Assistive technology opens the door to health, learning, and independence for children with movement and communication challenges. At Children's Assistive Technology Service, we provide these essential tools, free of charge, so every child can participate, grow, and shine.

What We Do
From Donation to Transformation
Children's Assistive Technology Service (C.A.T.S.) accepts donations of gently used pediatric adaptive equipment such as wheelchairs, standers, and communication devices. Our skilled team carefully cleans, refurbishes, and matches each item with a child in need.
Each piece is provided to families completely free of charge.
By giving this equipment a second life, we help children with disabilities gain mobility, independence, and opportunity while ensuring families have access to the essential tools they need.

C.A.T.S. provides assistive technology devices to children and families throughout Virginia at no cost
